I was looking forward to making this cake because it was for my good friend Katie. I had been thinking of a few other things but decided to do this for a few reasons. #1-the hat box is cute...#2-it went well with her birthday gifts because those too came from the store...and #3-i have yet to meet anyone who doesn't love this place! I couldn't think of what flavor she liked so i just had to ask and she decided on a chocolate cake with oreo cream filling. It was frosted in buttercream and covered in fondant :) Happy Birthday Katie!
