Hello all! Sorry it's taken me this long to post a new entry. But I've got a very fun cake to share. This colorful confection was made for a baby shower and I must say I had tons of fun making it. It was a combination of chocolate cake with a mocha whipped ganache filling covered in buttercream and fondant. The momma to be is expecting a girl and the colors chosen for the baby shower were pink and green...so I figured why not make the cake using those exact colors. Everyone seemed to really like it and I for sure was pleased with it. Enjoy!!
