So you know the episode where Tigger, Roo and Rabbit float to Christopher Robin's house in an umbrella boat? Well, this is where the idea for the figures came from. This cake was made for a baby shower that kind of has a theme and kind of doesn't, if that makes sense. Watering cans/pails will be part of the design/"look" of the baby shower, hence the cake :) The carrots were added in the event there wasn't enough cake for guests, however, once it was made I realized it should be plenty but I wanted to add the carrots anyway, because i thought it was cute. Rabbit always tended to his carrot garden :) So it was perfect! When Kari ordered this, the ideas for the cake went through several phases. First it was this and then it was that, but the final result is too cute for words! I hope the parents to be love it! The cake itself is a yellow cake with strawberry filling, frosted with buttercream and covered in fondant. Sounds tasty to me! :)
