This cake was ordered by Celeste for her husband's birthday. He has a Harley Davidson motorcycle so what better than a cake that resembles the tank? When the cake was first ordered, she had wanted a half helmet so i made sure to incorporate that into the design. The silver decor added to the helmet resembles the Airborne wings because her husband was in the Army. The cake itself is chocolate with a mint cream filling, frosted in chocolate buttercream and covered in fondant. I hope he likes it :) Thank you for the order Celeste. I love that i was able to make this style because it was new to me and i especially love that i was able to make a mint filling! yummm-eee!
