Heather kindly recommended my cakes again :) So when Kathie called last Thursday about the possibility of getting a cake for today, i was surprised. At the time I was unable to confirm because i was out of town and didn't have my planner but luckily i was able to. I think this turned out really well. She ordered this because each year on the anniversary of when Guardian Medical assisted her, she does something nice for them as a big Thank You. How cool is that? Such a great idea. She wanted something fun so in my mind i was immediately thinking of a replica of their ambulance. There is however i little difference...their ambulance has an eagle in the place where i put the heart. The reason i did that was Kathie wanted to incorporate a heart into it somewhere because of the type of assistance they provided her. I'm a little bummed i didn't get a picture of the back of this cake because it was decorated just like them, that i had painted the red and neon yellow back doors. It was a white cake with raspberry filling, frosted in buttercream and covered in fondant. I really hope they enjoyed it because of course it is well deserved. They provide an excellent service to the community and can be credited with saving lives. Thank you for the order Kathie! My heart smiles when i get new cake lovers ordering from me...and thank you Heather for sending her my way!!
