Cyndy requested this cake for the Junipine Fire Department banquet. I had several ideas but narrowed it down to two choices... a fire truck or a fireman's hat. But because she needed at least 25 servings it just made more sense going with a fire truck. I was a little bummed when i dropped the cake off because when i was checking the top to make sure it didn't crease i accidentally broke the ladder. I cracked it in the middle :( But Cyndy loved it so that of course made my day. This is a chocolate cake with oreo cream filling frosted in buttercream and covered in fondant. I hope they enjoy it :) Thank you for the order Cyndy, this was my first fire truck cake!
